How do I change or reset my password on directv.com?

To change your password on directv.com, just follow these simple steps:

  • Go to directv.com/mydirectv and sign in to your account
  • Select "Change Password" in the Quick Links section
  • Click the "Change My Password" button
  • Enter your new password twice and then click the "Continue" button

We've also set up a way to reset your password without even signing in. Next time you're signed in, make sure to add a security question and answer by clicking on the link under "Change Password" on the right. Then, if you ever forget your password, just click on Forgot Password" and you'll be prompted to answer your security question, after which you can reset your password and sign in.
