How can I make a payment on directv.com?

To pay your account balance today using a credit card, debit card, or electronic check (EFT), just follow these steps:

  • Go to directv.com/myaccount and sign in to your account
  • Once you're signed in, click on "Billing Center" in the "My Account" tab at the top right side
  • Click on the "One-Time Payment" tab.
  • From there, you can select the account you'd like to use to make a payment then click the 'Continue' button.

After making your payment, you can also set up recurring monthly payments by clicking on "Auto Bill Pay".

If you haven't created your online account at directv.com/myaccount, you can either sign up today, or call 1-800-531-5000 and pay your bill through our Automated Phone System. There's no charge for either of these payment methods, and payments post almost immediately. You can also make a payment over the phone with one of our representatives for a $5.00 phone assistance fee. Our general customer service is available daily from 8 AM to 1 AM ET.
