How can I change from online billing to paper bills?

To cancel your online-only bill access and return to receiving a paper bill, just sign in at www.directv.com/myaccount and click on "Billing Center". Select "Paperless Billing" and then click on "Cancel Paperless Billing".

If you later decide you want to return to online-only bill access, you can just click on "Statements" and accept the terms and conditions.
