Can I change the credit card I have set up for Auto Bill Pay?

Yes. Just follow the steps below:

Step 1

Sign in to your DIRECTV account.

Note: You can also sign in by placing your mouse over My Account above the main navigation. Enter your DIRECTV account username and password and click Sign In.

Step 2

On your My Overview page, click Update below Auto Bill Pay.

Step 3

Click Use another credit or debit card. Then click Continue.

Step 4

Enter the new card information. Then click Done.
