How can I find out my account balance?

To find out your account balance, follow these steps:

Step 1

Sign in to your DIRECTV account.

Note: You can also sign in by placing your mouse over My Account above the main navigation. Enter your DIRECTV account username and password and click Sign In. If you don't have an online account, click Register.

Step 2

You will see your current account balance and the next payment due date on the My Overview page. You will also see the date of the last payment you made.
