You can make payments through our automated phone system anytime at 1-800-531-5000. If you wish to speak with a representative, a $5.00 phone-assistance fee will apply. Please have your credit/debit card or checking account information ready when you call. Your payment will post immediately.
By Mail
Send us a check or Money Order in the pre-printed envelope included with your monthly bill.
PreCash
Pay with cash at any participating retailer to process a payment. The payment will post to your account within two business days. Please bring your DIRECTV account number with you. PayExchange (formerly IPP)

Western Union
Pay with cash at Western Union using your account number. For a Quick Collect payment, use "DIRECTVUT" for the city code. Western Union wires payment directly to DIRECTV. MoneyGram
Pay with cash at any MoneyGram office using your account number. For a MoneyGram Express payment, use "DIRECTV" as the company name, and "1602" for the city code.
