I am no longer getting notices telling me that my bill is ready to view online. Why?

Have you recently changed your e-mail address? If so, please update your e-mail on the My Account Info page. You will then need to click on the "View Bills" link in the Billing Center section. Please be sure to view your most recent statement after updating your e-mail address to ensure you continue to receive future bill notifications.

If you have done this and are still not receiving your statement notification, please send us an e-mail message that includes the following information:

  • What operating system are you using? (Windows 98, 2000, XP, etc; Mac OS 9, OS X, etc.)
  • What browser and version are you using? (Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
  • How are you attempting to access our site? (Dial-up modem/speed, DSL, cable, etc.)
  • Is this your first time accessing your DIRECTV account online?
  • What specific function were you trying to perform?
  • What error message, if any, did you receive? If you cannot tell us the exact error message, can you explain what steps you took immediately before receiving the error message?
