If your DIRECTV® Service has been disconnected and you want to reconnect it, you will first need to bring your payments up to date. Please review all of the payment choices available to you.
If you want to reconnect service quickly, sign in to My Account and click on "Pay My Bill" to make a credit/debit card payment or a one-time electronic check.
You can also make a payment through our automated phone system by calling 1-800-531-5000 and following the prompts. After you make your payment, it will take up to one hour for your services to be reactivated, so please be patient.
If you choose to make a payment over the phone with a representative, a $5.00 phone-assistance fee applies.
