Can I reschedule or cancel my installation appointment online?

To reschedule or cancel your installation appointment online, just follow the steps below:

Step 1

Sign in to your DIRECTV account at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Note: You can also sign in by placing your mouse over My Account above the main navigation.

Enter your DIRECTV account username and password and click Sign In. If you don't have an online account, click Register.

Step 2

Place your mouse over My Account and select Billing Center.

Step 3

Scroll down to the Transactions section. Click Orders to change or cancel your appointment.
