How do I schedule my installation appointment?

Where you obtained your equipment determines how you set up your installation appointment:

If you ordered from:
DIRECTV.com:
You can schedule an appointment online after you place your order. You can also sign in to My Account and scroll to the "Transactions" section on the bottom of the "Billing Center" page.

Our 800 number:
An appointment will be set up during your order process.

An online retailer or local electronics store:
The store will usually make the arrangements.
