How can I pay my bill or update my payment info online?

To pay your account balance today using a credit card, debit card or electronic check (EFT), just sign in at directv.com and click on "Pay Now".

After making your payment you can also set up recurring monthly payments by clicking on "Auto Bill Pay" in the same section. After you've signed up, the easiest way to update your automatic credit card is to sign into your account at directv.com. Once you're signed in, click on "My Account Info" on the right side under "My Account." The "Billing Information" area shows the credit card you have on file and allows you to easily change it.

If you haven't created an online account at directv.com, you can either sign up today, or call 1-800-531-5000 and pay your bill through our Automated Phone System. There's no charge for either of these payment methods, and payments post almost immediately. You can also make a payment over the phone with one of our representatives for a $5.00 phone assistance fee.
