How long will it take to process my rebate?

Please note: Customers who ordered new DIRECTV service on or after October 11, 2012 do NOT have to redeem their rebates. Your monthly rebate will be applied automatically beginning with your first bill. You do not need to do anything. If you ordered DIRECTV before October 11, 2012, please read on.

If you submit your rebate online before DIRECTV is installed in your home, your rebate credits will begin with your first bill. Rebates submitted after your installation can take 6-8 weeks for processing.
