I'm trying to set my DVR using my mobile device, but I can't log in. What can be the problem?

First check to make sure your cell phone is connected to the Internet and has good signal strength. If you believe you're properly connected but still get an error message, try to open up a web page in your browser. If that works, wait a few minutes before trying to connect to directv.com again. If you can't open up a web page, you're not connected the Internet.
