iPhone App - Fixing Technical Issues

If you are experiencing technical issues with the DIRECTV iPhone application, please try the following steps:

  1. Open the Apple iPhone Settings Area
  2. Select DIRECTV
  3. Turn on the Clear Login at Startup
  4. Exit Settings
  5. Start the DIRECTV App
  6. Re-Login

If this does not fix the problem, you can report the issue by going to directv.com/email and sending us a message. Be sure to include your DIRECTV account number, ZIP Code and any error message you are getting on your phone.
