How do I know what receivers I have?

To find out what receivers you have, follow these steps:

• Sign in to your DIRECTV account.

• If you are already signed in, place your mouse over My Account above the main navigation and select My Equipment.

• You'll see the receivers you have in your DIRECTV® System. To order additional receivers, click Upgrade/Add Receiver.

Note: If you are near your TV, you can also check your receiver model by going to SETTINGS on your On-Screen Menu.
