How to create an online DIRECTV account

With an online account, you can view statements, pay your bill, upgrade your service, and much more online-all with just a few clicks.

Step 1

Go to directv.com, and click Create Account.

Step 2

Enter your email address and click Create Account.

Step 3

Enter your last name, phone number, and zip code. Then click Continue.

Step 4

To verify your account, select one of the following options: your DIRECTV account number, the last 4 digits of the credit card you used to activate your DIRECTV service, or the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. Fill in the requested information, then click Continue.

Note: your DIRECTV account number can be found at the top of your monthly bill.
