Please note: Customers who ordered new DIRECTV service on or after October 11, 2012 do NOT have to redeem their rebates. Your monthly rebate will be applied automatically beginning with your first bill. You do not need to do anything.
Follow these steps to learn how to submit your rebate form online:
Step 1
Go to directv.com/rebate. or from the DIRECTV home page, go to the Help menu and click on Rebates.
Step 2
On the Rebates page, click the View My Rebates button.
Step 3
You will be prompted to sign into your online account. If you do not have an online account, you will need to create one.
Step 4
If this is the first time you are logging in, you may be asked to verify your email address.
Step 5
Click the Send Me a Verification button toconfirm your email address. An email will be sent to you with instructions. The process is not complete until you receive the verification email and click on the confirmation button in the email. NOTE: You may need to check your Spamfolder to ensure delivery
Step 6
Once your email has been confirmed, you will see the list of offers available to you. Click on the PDF form and follow the directions.
