DIRECTV Media Share

Stream your photos, video, and music from your PC to your TV.

Here's how:
To set up your system for Media Share, you'll need the following:

  • An HD DVR connected to the internet. To learn more about connecting your HD DVR to the internet, click here.
  • A PC with media sharing software, including Windows Media Player, TVersity, or Twonky. Consult your application's instructions for setting up media sharing.

To set up your HD DVR for Media Share, follow these steps:

  1. Press the Menu button.
  2. Select Parental, Fav's, & Setup.
  3. Select System Setup.
  4. Select Network Setup.
  5. Select Connect Now.
  6. Follow the steps on the TV screen.
