Do I need to purchase any extra equipment to watch live TV channels on my tablet or mobile device?

You must have an HD DVR connected to your broadband Internet network and a wireless router to stream live TV channels on your DIRECTV App. If you do not have a wireless router, you will need to purchase one.  No other hardware is required to watch live TV channels on your tablet or mobile device.
