How do I know if my HD DVR receiver is connected to the Internet?

Press the right arrow on your remote control. If you see a pop-up message that says “No network connected detected,” your receiver is NOT connected to the Internet. Visit directv.com/getconnected for more information on how to connect your HD DVR to the Internet. If you do not see the message, your HD DVR is connected.
