How do I get the Genie™ HD DVR?

The Genie™ HD DVR is available online or by phone at 1-888-777-2454 to new customers ordering DIRECTV service for the first time. If you're an existing DIRECTV customer, please call 1-800-531-5000 to order as online ordering for existing customers is currently not available. Our general customer service is available daily from 8 AM to 1 AM ET; one of our friendly and highly trained representatives will be happy to assist you. Limit one Genie HD DVR per customer.
