I've lost or can't remember my username and password, can you send them to me?

To retrieve your directv.com password, you will need the email address you used to create your directv.com account. If you don't remember it, click here. If you do, follow the steps below.

Step 1

Place your mouse over My Account above the main navigation. Click Forgot password?.

Step 2

Enter the email address associated with your directv.com account. Click Continue.

Step 3

You might be asked to enter your Security Answer. If you don't remember it, click I forgot my security answer. Otherwise, enter your answer and click Continue.
