Can I reschedule or cancel an installation or a repair appointment online?

You can reschedule your installation or repair appointment online anytime. However, only repair or service call appointments can be cancelled online. If you would like to cancel an equipment installation appointment, please call us at 800.531.5000.

DIRECTV and AT&T Bundle customers can reschedule installation or repair appointments by calling us at 800.288.2020.

View or reschedule an appointment online:

  1. Sign in to your DIRECTV account.
  2. Select My Orders & Service Calls from the My Account menu.
  3. Review your appointment info and select Reschedule or Cancel, if applicable.

Note: When rescheduling an appointment, you’ll see a calendar for the current week. To pick a new appointment date and time, select any options highlighted in blue and follow the instructions. To select a different week, use the arrows.
