I have multiple DIRECTV appointments coming up. Why is only one appointment displayed on My Orders & Service Calls page?

If you have multiple DIRECTV appointments, the one that’s coming up first will be displayed first. Once it’s completed, the details of your second appointment will be displayed.

If you would like to reschedule or cancel your second appointment before your first appointment has been completed, scroll down to the Equipment Order & Service Call History section. Find your appointment and then click Reschedule or Cancel in the “Status” column.

Please note: Only service call appointments can be cancelled online. If you would like to cancel an equipment installation appointment, please call us at 1-800-531-5000.
