It’s easy and convenient to make a payment on directv.com using your checking account, credit card, or debit card. Just follow these simple steps:
- Sign in to your DIRECTV account.
Note: You can also sign in by placing your cursor over My Account above the main navigation. Enter your DIRECTV account username (email address) and password. Then click Sign In.
- When you’re signed in, click on My Bills & Transactions in the My Account tab in the top right navigation.
- Select the payment amount and payment method, then click Pay Now.
Note: You also have the option of signing up for Auto Bill Pay. Your bill will be automatically deducted from your selected payment method on the same date every month. You can change your Auto Bill Pay date, reschedule your upcoming payment, or cancel your upcoming payment at any time.
If you haven't created your online account at directv.com/myaccount, you can either sign up today, or call 1-800-531-5000 and pay your bill through our Automated Phone System. There's no charge for either of these payment methods, and payments will post almost immediately. If you wish to speak with a representative, you can make a payment over the phone for a $5.00 phone assistance fee. Our general customer service is available daily from 8 AM to 1 AM ET.
