How can I pay my DIRECTV bill?

Paying your DIRECTV bill is very easy and hassle-free. Just choose one of the methods listed below.

Please note: If you are making a one-time payment to restore service or to avoid service interruption, we suggest using your credit or debit card or your checking account for fastest processing.

Your payment will post immediately, if you pay:

Via Text Message

Processing charge: None, although standard text messaging and date rates may apply. 
Via Automated Phone System
Call us at 1-800-531-5000. When prompted, say “Make a payment” to access our automated phone system. Please have your checking account, credit card, or debit card information ready when you call.
Pay using: Checking account, debit card, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Novus/Discover).
Processing charge: None
By Phone (With an agent)
Call us at 1-800-531-5000 and press “0” to speak with a Customer Service representative. Please have your checking account, credit card, or debit card information ready when you call.
Pay using: Checking account, debit card, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Novus/Discover).
Processing charge: $5.00

Your payment will post within 1-2 days, if you pay:

Using Online Banking
If you schedule a payment using your bank’s website, your bank will send us a check or electronic transfer. It will post as soon as we receive it.

Your payment will post within 2-3 business days, if you pay:

By Mail
Send us a check or money order in the pre-printed envelope included with your monthly bill.

Via MoneyGram
Pay with cash at MoneyGram, who will wire your payment directly to DIRECTV. For a MoneyGram Express payment, enter DIRECTV as the company name, and 1602 for the city code. Please have your DIRECTV account number ready. For more information, please call 1-800-MONEYGRAM or visit www.moneygram.com

Via Western Union

Via PreCash
Pay with cash at any participating retailer near you, which you can find by calling 1-800-PRECASH (773-2274) or visiting  www.precash.com. Please bring your DIRECTV account number with you.
Via PayExchange (formerly IPP)
Pay with cash at any participating near you, which you can find by calling 1-888-477-7297 or visiting www.payxchange.net. Please bring your DIRECTV account number with you.
