If your DIRECTV® Service has been disconnected and you want to reconnect it, you will first need to bring your payments up to date. You have a couple payment options available to you:
- If you want to reconnect service quickly, sign in to My Account and click Pay Now to pay via a credit/debit card or a one-time electronic check.
- Call 1-800-531-5000 to use our automated phone system. If you choose to make a payment over the phone with a representative, a $5.00 phone-assistance fee applies. Please note: It may take up to one hour for your services to be reactivated.
