Can I reschedule or cancel an installation or a service call appointment online?

You can reschedule your service call or installation appointment online anytime. However, only service call appointments can be cancelled online. If you would like to cancel an equipment installation appointment, please call us at 1-800-531-5000.

To reschedule or cancel your DIRECTV appointment, just follow the steps below.

Step 1

Sign in to your DIRECTV account.

If you don’t have an online account yet, click Register to create one.

Step 2

Select My Orders & Service Calls from the My Account menu.

Step 3

Here you'll find all the details of your upcoming appointment. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by clicking Cancel or Reschedule next to the appointment details or in the Equipment Orders & Service Calls History section. Keep in mind that you can't cancel equipment installation appointments online. Please call us at 1-800-531-5000 if you'd like to cancel.

Step 4

If you clicked Reschedule, you'll see a calendar for the current week. To pick a new appointment date and time, just click any of the time slots highlighted in blue and follow the instructions. To select a different week, click the arrows. You can also click the calendar icon to open the monthly calendar.
