How you set up your installation appointment depends on how you order DIRECTV. If you order:
- On DIRECTV.com
You will be prompted to schedule an appointment online after you place your order. If you're not ready to schedule it right away, you can always do it later. Just go to the My Bills & Transactions page, then select Orders from the menu on the left.
A DIRECTV specialist will help you set up your installation appointment during your order process.
- From an online retailer or an electronics store
The store will usually make the arrangements.
