I had DIRECTV service in the past. How can I restart it?

It's easy! There are two ways to come back to the DIRECTV family, and for both, we'll welcome you aboard when you call one of our friendly customer service representatives at 1-800-531-5000.

First, if you still have your dish, receiver, access card and remote, our representative will simply reactivate your system. You'll be watching the best in TV in no time! Alternatively, if you no longer have any DIRECTV equipment, or if part of your DIRECTV System needs to be replaced, we can help with that, too. When you call us, we'll review current offers available to you for any equipment you need and set up an order for delivery and/or installation, depending on the offer you choose. In either case, you'll be able to select a new programming package and any a la carte services you may want to add. We regularly have programming promotions and discounts that are designed specifically for returning customers. We're confident you'll find even more value in having DIRECTV programming the second time around since we are continually investing in new entertainment options to make DIRECTV service the best television experience available.
