How can I confirm the programming and equipment in my new DIRECTV order?

After you submit your order, you'll receive an email confirmation within 12 hours that summarizes the programming and equipment you ordered and the installation date and time.

You can also check online:

Step 1

Sign in to your account at directv.com/myaccount.

Go to Billing & Transactions in the My Account menu.

Scroll down the page to Transactions. Here you can see your recent activity and pending orders
