How do I get a DVR or an HD DVR?


If you're an existing DIRECTV customer, the easiest way to order is online. Just log in to your DIRECTV account and go to the My Equipment page. Then click the Upgrade/Add Receiver link. You can also place an order over the phone at (800) 531-5000.

If you're not yet a DIRECTV customer, view our best programming and equipment offers.

Note: A monthly Advanced Receiver Service-DVR fee will be automatically added to your account when you order. It covers every DVR in your home.
