Why is there a delay in getting complete data on the channel banner when I tune to a local channel?

Your receiver pulls information from two on-screen program guides: the national guide, which brings you channels we distribute nationwide; and the local guide, which carries only channels available in your area. You may experience a delay when your receiver loads the local guide information, but this delay should not impact the picture or sound on your local channels. The best way to view your local channels is to enter the number of the channel with your remote control and go directly to the channel.
