Why can't I access the TV Apps with my remote?

To access TV Apps, you need an HD DVR receiver (model HR20 or higher) connected to your home broadband Internet network. To check if your HD DVR is connected, press the DASH button on your remote control. If you see "Internet: Not detected" on your TV screen, click here to learn how to connect it. If your HD DVR is connected and you're still having trouble accessing TV Apps, please call us at 1-800-531-5000.
