I'm trying to set my DVR using my mobile device, but I can't log in. What can be the problem?


If you don't have a username or password:
Go to directv.com/register to create a username and password. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your information to be available in our system.

If you forgot your password:
Go to directv.com/signin and click on "Forgot password?" to reset your password.

If the system says you've entered an incorrect email address and/or password:
Make sure you've entered the same email address and/or password you registered at directv.com. If you've entered the correct information and you're still getting an error message, you may be connected to a network that's unusually slow.

Try to move to an area with better network reception or connect via WiFi and try again. If you still can't log in, please wait 10 minutes before you try again; we may be doing work on our servers that could temporarily disable logins. Remember, your account must be in good standing in order for you to log in or schedule recordings.

If your account is past due:
Unfortunately, you can't log in or schedule recordings if your account is past due.
