I want to schedule a recording, but some of my channels aren't available in the program guide. What should I do?


There's an option in the SETTINGS & HELP menu to hide standard-definition duplicate channels. If you don't subscribe to high-definition programming, try turning this option off and see if your missing channels appear.

Also, if you've never tried to record a show before, you're new to DIRECTV or you've recently made changes to your programming package and/or equipment, it may take up to five days for your information to be available in our system.
