I'm having trouble with the DIRECTV iPhone App. What should I do?


Try this:

  1. Go to your phone's Settings
  2. Select DIRECTV
  3. Turn on the Clear Login @ Startup
  4. Exit Settings
  5. Launch the DIRECTV App and sign in

If you're still having issues, please contact us. Be sure to include your DIRECTV account number, ZIP Code and any error message or code displayed on your mobile phone.
