I'm having trouble with the DIRECTV Phone App. What should I do?


If you have an iPhone, try this:

  1. Go to your phone's Settings
  2. Select DIRECTV
  3. Turn on the Clear Login at Startup
  4. Exit Settings
  5. Launch the DIRECTV App and sign in

If you're still having issues, please send us an email. Be sure to include your DIRECTV account number, ZIP Code and any error message or code displayed on your mobile phone.
