Can I turn off or unsubscribe from the billing notification emails?

Once you sign up for Paperless Billing, our online billing system automatically sends email messages telling you when your statement is available to view online or giving you important information about your account status. Unfortunately, we can't stop these messages from being sent. For customers who no longer receive a paper bill, these emails are the only way they know their bill is available for viewing online.
