How do I use "My Account" to manage my account settings online?


Whether you want to view and pay your bill, upgrade your service, or order new equipment, our new My Account will make it easier than ever.

Step 1

First, Sign in to your DIRECTV account. You can also sign in by placing your mouse over "My Account" above the main navigation. Enter your DIRECTV account username and password and click "Sign In". If you don't have an online account, click "Register".

Step 2

In the "Current Balance" section, you can pay your bill, view your statement (if you're enrolled in Paperless Billing) and enroll in Auto Bill Pay and Paperless Billing.

Step 3

"My Snapshot" section gives you a quick overview of your DIRECTV setup, including your TV package and equipment. To view the details of your TV package or to upgrade your TV package, click "View My Programming". To view your equipment or to upgrade your receivers, click "View My Equipment".

Step 4

In the "Quick Links" section, you'll find links to upgrade your programming, add premiums and sports, order additional equipment, update your settings, view FAQs, and more.
