It’s easy and convenient to pay your bill online with Auto Bill Pay. Your DIRECTV bill will be automatically deducted from your checking account, credit card, or debit card on the same date every month. Plus:
- It's safe. Any financial information you provide or payments you make on directv.com are
transferred using our secure Norton-certified network.
- It’s free. We don't charge you a single penny for our easy-to-use Auto Bill Pay feature.
However, some financial institutions may charge for making automatic payments, so please
check with your bank about possible fees.
Just follow these simple steps to sign up:
Sign in to your DIRECTV account.
Note: You can also sign in by placing your cursor over My Account above the main navigation. Enter your DIRECTV account username (email address) and password. Then click Sign In.
If you don't have a directv.com account, you can create one now.
Click Enroll Now under Auto Bill Pay.
Select the payment method you’d like to use.
If you’d like to add another payment method, click Use another credit or debit card or Use another checking account. Then click Continue.
Note: We cannot deduct payments from savings accounts in accordance with government banking regulations.
Review your information and click Submit
Note: Auto Bill Pay may take effect on your next bill. Until then, please don’t forget to pay your current bill in the One Time Payment section of My Account.
How to change your Auto Bill Pay Date:
On the confirmation screen, click change your Auto Bill Pay date.
Use the drop down menu next to Change Date to select the desired date. Click Continue.
Review the changes, check the box acknowledging the terms and conditions, and click Submit.
