What should I do if I’m having problems registering or signing in to my account on directv.com?

In order to create an online account on directv.com, you must enter your account information exactly as it appears on your DIRECTV bill.

• You can find your account information near the top of your DIRECTV bill, just above the "Summary" section.

• Look for the address listed under the heading "For Service at." It is important that you use this "Service Address" ZIP code as well as the phone number you have on record with us. If you continue having trouble, please email us.

Make sure that your email includes your DIRECTV account number, phone number, ZIP code, and email address you are trying to register. You should also include the exact error message that you received.
