I can't sign in to the DIRECTV Tablet App. What should I do?


If you don't have a username or password:

Go to, send an email through the website at directv.com/register to create a username and password. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your information to be available in our system.

If you forgot your password:

Go to directv.com/sign in and click on "Forgot password?" to reset your password

If you're still having trouble signing in, please directv.com/email us or call us at 1-800-531-5000.
