I can't sign in to the DIRECTV App. What should I do?


If you don't have a username or password, go to directv.com/register to create a DIRECTV account. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your information to be available in our system.

If you forgot your password, go to directv.com/signin and click on "Forgot password?" to reset it.

If you're still having trouble signing in, send us an email or call us at 1-800-531-5000.
