Why can't I see all my recordings on my DIRECTV app?


The DIRECTV Tablet App will only display playlist recordings on the receiver you currently have selected to control. If you have Whole-Home or the Genie HD DVR setup, you should be seeing your combined DVR playlist that’s shared across all your receivers. If you don’t see your shared DVR playlist, please click here to troubleshoot.
