What should I do if some of the channels I subscribe to are missing on the DIRECTV app?


First make sure your channel settings are set according to your programming package. Tap the Main Menu icon and select Settings & Help at the bottom. Then tap Settings. If you are not subscribed to HD programming, check that the option to hide SD duplicate channels is OFF. If you subscribe to HD programming, make sure that Hide All HD is OFF. Remember that OTA (over the air) channels are not displayed in the app. If you are still missing channels or getting a message that states you are not subscribed to channels that are part of your programming package, please email us.
