To use GenieGO™, you’ll need:
- An active DIRECTV account and programming package.
- A wireless broadband Internet network in your home.
- An available Ethernet port on your wireless router.
- An HD DVR (model HR20 or higher) or a Genie HD DVR (model HR34 or higher) connected to the Internet.
- A computer or a mobile device with the GenieGO App. Download the free GenieGO app on up to 5 compatible devices.
- Mobile DVR Service to activate your GenieGO. It will be automatically added to your account at no charge.
