To see your DVR Playlist on your computer or mobile device, you need to enable access to an external device on your DVR.
Follow the steps below:
- Go to your DVR and press MENU on your remote control
- Select Settings & Help
- Select Settings
- Select Whole-Home
- Select External Device
- Set External Access to "Allow"
- Set Current Program to "Allow"
- Set Recordings to "Allow"
If you are still not seeing your DVR Playlist on your computer or mobile device, try resetting your GenieGO device. Here’s how:
- Press the RED reset button under the front flap and hold it for 30 seconds.
- The status lights will blink green, then turn steady Blue. This indicates that your GenieGO has been reset.
