What do I need to do if I cannot see my HD DVR Playlist from my computer or mobile device?

To see your DVR Playlist on your computer or mobile device, you need to enable access to an external device on your DVR.
Follow the steps below:
  • Go to your DVR and press MENU on your remote control
  • Select Settings & Help
  • Select Settings
  • Select Whole-Home
  • Select External Device
  • Set External Access to "Allow"
  • Set Current Program to "Allow"
  • Set Recordings to "Allow"

If you are still not seeing your DVR Playlist on your computer or mobile device, try resetting your GenieGO device. Here’s how:

  • Press the RED reset button under the front flap and hold it for 30 seconds.
  • The status lights will blink green, then turn steady Blue. This indicates that your GenieGO has been reset.
