When I try to order a movie on directv.com to watch on TV, I get a message saying I need to record it first. What does this mean?

We want to make sure that the movie is ready for you to watch on your TV before you complete your order. After you click “Record to DVR,” your program will appear on your DVR playlist. Once you see it on your playlist, you can return to your order on directv.com to complete your purchase. After that, just select the program from your DVR playlist and start watching.
