I currently have Whole-Home DVR service, HD Access, and DVR service on my account. Do I need Advanced Receiver Service to continue enjoying these services?


No. Existing customers who are subscribed to Whole-Home DVR service, HD Access, and DVR service will continue to enjoy all of these services as they do now, and do not need to subscribe to Advanced Receiver Service. Advanced Receiver Service applies only to new customers who ordered DIRECTV service on or after February 9, 2012.
